- Timing Matters: Requests must arrive at least 60 days before the event – no exceptions.
- We Choose the Inflatable: We do our best to meet your needs, considering our capabilities.
- Tax-Exempt Status Required: Your 501(c)(3) certificate number must accompany each request.
- Safety First: One adult attendant per inflatable is essential, but we cannot provide them.
- Weather Considerations: Donations may be canceled due to weather concerns for safety.
